My name is Casey Smith and I am a Real Estate Broker in Western Montana. Together with Sheena Comer Winterer, own Prudential Missoula Properties, located in Missoula, Montana. Sheena and I have been partners for years and through a lot of hours and hard work (and a little gambling) have created a young, hard working, cooperative real estate firm. What sets our company aside from all the other Real Estate firms is our non-competative feel and attitude within the walls of our office. Agents helping agents in order to help and serve our clients. My biggest peeve when surfing around the internet is the difficulty, confusion, and various paths I must travel in order to find what I am looking for. Real Estate transactions are often made more difficult than they need to be. I often explain to buyers, particularly first time buyers, that buying a pair of shoes at the mall can be a much harder and stressful experience than buying a home or piece of property, it is all in the way it is handled. Much like the world we live in, the real estate industry is constantly changing, as is the role of the agent. Today's agent is more of a guide than anything. Expertise is no longer needed to locate properties, everything is right here at your fingertips. However, when the Buyer or Seller really gets serious, it is nice to have a guide lo lead you through the process.
